The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has announced the successful results of its AI-powered Real Estate Advertising Governance Platform, launched at GITEX 2024. Designed to improve transparency and credibility across major platforms like Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut, the platform has monitored over 279,000 listings to date, with 29% automatically adjusted using AI.
Ali Abdullah Al Ali, Director at the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, emphasized that the platform ensures daily compliance, boosts investor confidence, and strengthens Dubai’s position as a leader in real estate innovation.
Additionally, the DLD introduced the ‘Madmoun’ service, requiring QR codes on all real estate ads to verify authenticity, further modernizing regulatory procedures and supporting Dubai’s vision of digital excellence.
