Designed to improve transparency and credibility across major platforms like Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut, the platform has monitored over 279,000 listings to date, with 29% automatically adjusted using AI.
Ali Abdullah Al Ali, Director at the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, emphasized that the platform ensures daily compliance, boosts investor confidence, and strengthens Dubai’s position as a leader in real estate innovation.
