Dubai’s $4.9 Million Ultra-Narrow Skyscraper: “Muraba Veil”

Muraba Veil

Dubai is set to add another architectural marvel to its skyline with the upcoming “Muraba Veil,” a super-thin skyscraper designed to house just one apartment per floor. This innovative project, developed by the acclaimed Spanish architecture firm RCR Arquitectes, is set to reach a height of 1,247 feet (380 meters) while only being 74 feet (22.5 meters) wide, making it one of the narrowest skyscrapers in the world.

The building will consist of 73 stories, featuring 131 luxury apartments that range from two to five bedrooms. Each unit is designed to maximize space and offer stunning views, accompanied by expansive outdoor areas.

The amenities will include high-end facilities such as a private cinema, padel courts, and various dining options, catering to the luxurious lifestyle expected in this high-end location.

The design concept of “Muraba Veil” is inspired by traditional Arabian architecture, incorporating elements like an inner courtyard surrounded by greenery. The building will be wrapped in a veil-like stainless steel façade that shifts colors with the sky, giving it a dynamic appearance.

Prices for the apartments in this extraordinary skyscraper will start at approximately $4.9 million (around 18 million dirhams), reflecting the exclusivity and luxury associated with such a unique property.

Completion of the project is anticipated by December 2028, further enhancing Dubai’s reputation as a hub for innovative architecture and luxurious living.
