In a landmark decision that reflects its deep commitment to community wellbeing, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has officially extended its partnership with Dementia Support at Sage House into 2026. This marks the first time since the House Charity programme began in 2003 that the luxury marque has continued support for the same charity for a second consecutive year.
The announcement was made during an exclusive fundraising gala at the Home of Rolls-Royce, underscoring the brand’s dedication to meaningful, long-term social impact.
Why This Extension Matters: A Historic First for Rolls-Royce
For more than two decades, Rolls-Royce has worked with a different House Charity each year. However, according to Andrew Ball, Head of Corporate Relations, the company realized that the strongest community results and the deepest trust with partner charities only begin to take shape after a full year of collaboration.
By extending support to Sage House for 2026, Rolls-Royce aims to:
- Build on the momentum achieved in 2025
- Maximize community benefit through long-term planning
- Enhance the impact of fundraising efforts
- Strengthen the bond between the company and the charity
This shift marks a new era: moving forward, every House Charity will be supported over a two-year term.

The facility serves as a central hub offering integrated services—from pre-diagnosis to end-of-life care—while maintaining a warm, inclusive environment.
A University of Chichester report highlights Sage House’s significant impact:
- Improved wellbeing and quality of life for dementia patients
- Support for families navigating complex care decisions
- Over £1,700 saved per person per year for local health and social care systems
The charity’s work has transformed thousands of lives across West Sussex, making it a powerful cause for the Rolls-Royce team.
Strengthening a Successful Partnership
Rolls-Royce employees selected Sage House as the 2025 House Charity, contributing energetic fundraising efforts throughout the year. The extension into 2026 allows both organisations to deepen their collaboration and amplify community impact.
During the gala event—typically marking the end of the fundraising year—more than 120 guests enjoyed a lively evening of wine tasting, entertainment, and a charity auction, raising over £50,000.
Sally Tabbner, Chief Executive of Sage House, expressed her gratitude and excitement, emphasizing the “magical” moment when the extension was announced. She highlighted how the continued partnership will allow the charity to expand its support to even more families affected by dementia.
