Building on the remarkable success of its previous editions, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) continues its mission to empower Emirati talent with the launch of the 3rd Real Estate Recruitment Day. Since the initiative’s inception in June 2023, more than 2,071 Emiratis have been successfully employed in the real estate sector, setting new benchmarks for national participation in line with Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33, the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, and the Dubai Social Agenda 33.
Expanding National Participation in Real Estate

This year’s event, organized in partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Nafis, and the Emirati Human Resources Development Council, and officially sponsored by Emaar Properties, brought together over 80 leading real estate companies. More than 400 diverse direct job opportunities were presented, offering clear pathways for Emirati job seekers that connect recruitment with professional training and career progression within the sector.
Strong Leadership and Distinguished Attendance
The event witnessed the presence of high-level dignitaries, including H.E. Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; H.E. Abdullah Mohammed Al Basti, Secretary General of Dubai Executive Council; H.E. Omar Hamad Bu Shehab, Director General of DLD; H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of Dubai Government Human Resources Department; H.E. Dr. Faisal Al Ayyan, Director of the Higher Colleges of Technology Complex; and H.E. Jamal Bin Thaniah, Chairman of Emaar Properties, alongside senior executives from DLD and its partners.
Achievements Beyond Expectations
The initiative has consistently surpassed its targets:

This strong trajectory highlights DLD’s success in exceeding expectations and reinforcing the national workforce’s role in the real estate sector.

H.E. Omar Hamad Bu Shehab, Director General of DLD, emphasized:
