Elevate Minds, in partnership with NMC Royal Medical Centre Palm Jumeirah and CosmeSurge, officially launched ElevateHER, an initiative dedicated to supporting women through the realities of modern life: from motherhood and perimenopause to career transitions, wellbeing, and personal growth.
Launched through the event “Empowering Women Through Change,” the initiative brought together healthcare professionals, wellness experts, coaches, and women leaders from the industry for a meaningful conversation about the challenges women face at different stages of life and the support systems needed to help them thrive.
A key focus of the event was women’s health, particularly topics that are often overlooked or not openly discussed, including hormonal health, perimenopause, mental wellbeing, body confidence, and the balancing act between career ambitions and family responsibilities.
The launch attracted more than fifty women from diverse professional and personal backgrounds, all eager to learn, connect, and openly discuss topics that are often overlooked. The overwhelming response reflected a growing demand for safe spaces where women can access trusted health information, share experiences, and build meaningful professional and personal connections.
The event featured a series of expert talks and panel discussions led by doctors from the clinic, wellness specialists, career coaches, and fitness professionals from F45. Discussions explored practical approaches to navigating motherhood while maintaining a career, prioritizing self-care, building resilience during life transitions, and creating sustainable habits that support long-term health and confidence.
Attendees had the unique opportunity to receive complimentary consultations with a multidisciplinary team of specialists from NMC and CosmeSurge, including gynecologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, nutritionists, and plastic surgeons. The consultations provided a safe space for women to ask questions, seek expert advice, and address concerns that impact both their physical and emotional wellbeing.
Beyond the event itself, ElevateHER was introduced as an ongoing platform designed to connect women with industry leaders, mentors and inspiring women. Through workshops, networking opportunities, career development programs, and return-to-work initiatives, the platform aims to help women gain clarity, confidence, and access to opportunities at every stage of their journey.
