Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a subsidiary of Qiddiya Investment Company and wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has announced its latest entertainment destination in Jazan with an investment value exceeding SAR 1.3 billion. The company has partnered with Alfanar Projects to execute the project, further solidifying SEVEN’s mission to deliver exceptional entertainment experiences across the Kingdom.
Situated adjacent to the North Corniche Park on the waterfront and near Jazan city center, the destination offers convenient access from nearby cities. The entertainment hub spans over 60,000 square meters of land with a built-up area exceeding 73,000 square meters, providing a wide range of diverse entertainment experiences for residents of Jazan and its surrounding areas.

The global architectural firm Gensler drew inspiration from the region’s captivating natural landscape, from rocky mountain peaks and the Red Sea coastline to the fragrant jasmine flowers, for the design of the destination.

Visitors to SEVEN’s Jazan destination can enjoy a variety of entertainment offerings, ranging from local experiences to collaborations with leading global entertainment brands. The destination will feature an indoor golf experience, perfect for beginners and golf enthusiasts, as well as a family entertainment area packed with thrilling attractions.
The cinema complex will include multiple state-of-the-art screens, delivering a luxurious movie-viewing experience for audiences. Adventure seekers can test their skills on a Hot Wheels-inspired electric karting track, bringing adrenaline-fueled racing to life.
Moreover, the destination will host a Discovery Adventures indoor center, encouraging creativity and learning through interactive activities. Complementing the entertainment offerings, visitors can indulge in a wide range of local and international dining options, with carefully curated cafes, restaurants, and shops designed to provide an exceptional experience.
